This app is integrated to Louisiana’s OMV (Office of Motor Vehicles) database and operates with a real-time verification system.

If you’re visiting our websites from outside Louisiana, US, and are prompted for age verification via LA Wallet, this could be because your IP address appears to be from Louisiana, potentially due to VPN usage or a misconfiguration by your Internet Service Provider. LA Wallet will only collect and use personal data in ways described on their Privacy Policy page, and in a way that is consistent with their obligations and your rights under the law.

During the age-verification process, we do not receive any of the documents you upload, we only receive a final confirmation that you are age-verified.

How to age verify?

There are two instances where the age verification page will be triggered in the Members Area:

1. As soon as the join is confirmed and the payment is processed;
2. Last time age verified was over 30 days.

In either case, the Age Verification page would be the following (in this case, for BLACKED.com):

To verify your age, you will need to download the APP to your smartphone (iOS and Android). It can't be done through desktop.

Once the APP is downloaded, you will need to create an account or, in case you already have one, log in directly:

Once logged in, press on the “VerifyYou” button from the bottom menu:

You will be redirected to the page where you will be able to choose which information you would like to share:

Once the desired options are selected, you should then click on the “Remote Verify” button. This will trigger the “Remote VerifyYou Code” modal, where you will type the verification code that appears in the Members Area Age Verification page:

Once the code is typed and the user clicks on the “Next” button, he will be able to Approve, Reject or Dismiss the age verification:

As soon as it is approved, the device used to access the Members Area will be automatically refreshed and you will able to navigate normally through our site.

If you are not the one trying to verify your age, you may reject or dismiss the verification and the device used to access our Members Area will be automatically logged out.
