How to watch Vixen Plus VR

Welcome to Vixen Plus VR. These scenes aren't 3D animations. Real performers are filmed with over a hundred cameras at once and each scene is rebuilt as a photorealistic 3D space. Instead of watching a flat video, you sit inside the scene. On a screen you look around with your mouse or finger. In a VR headset you lean in, step closer and see the performers from any angle, as if you were in the room. You don't need a headset to start: every scene plays in your browser.

Three ways to watch

On your computer or phone

Open any Vixen Plus VR scene and press play, like any other video. Drag with your mouse or finger to look around. There's nothing to install.

A strong internet connection

VR scenes are much larger than standard videos, so whichever way you watch, you need a fast connection:

• Minimum recommended speed: 80 Mbps
• Please use stable Wi-Fi close to your router, or a wired connection on a computer

In your VR headset browser

Put on your headset, open its browser, go to members.vixenplus.com and log in. Open a scene and press play to step inside it. On Meta Quest 3 and 3s you can also switch to Mixed Reality in the player, which places the performers in your own room, with your real surroundings around them.

Supported devices:

• Meta Quest 3 / 3s (VR streaming via browser)
• Apple Vision Pro (VR streaming via browser)

In the BDViewer app (best quality)

BDViewer is a free app for Meta Quest. Install it, sign in with the same email address you use for your membership, and your Vixen Plus VR scenes appear in full quality. See "Getting started with the BDViewer app" below.

Supported browsers and devices

The VR player needs a recent browser. Please find your device below and check that your browser matches the version shown or a newer one. If it's older, update it or switch to one of the listed browsers.

On iPhone and iPad, every browser runs on the same engine as Safari, so your iOS version matters, not the browser you pick. Update to iOS 26 or newer and any browser works.

If playback fails, please update your browser to the latest version first, or switch to one from the table. In most cases the browser is the cause, and updating fixes it.

Getting started with the BDViewer app

1. Install the BDViewer app from the Meta Quest Store using this link, or use the link in the Vixen Plus VR welcome email we sent when you joined the VR channel.
2. Open BDViewer and enter the email address you use for your Vixen Plus VR membership. You don't need a new account.
3. You'll receive an email with a magic link to finish signing in. Please follow the instructions in that email.
4. Your Vixen Plus VR scenes appear on your page in the app. Enjoy.

Mixed Reality

Mixed Reality uses the cameras on the Meta Quest 3 and 3s to show your real room, with the performers placed inside it. Open a scene in the headset browser or in BDViewer, start playback and switch to Mixed Reality in the player.

Troubleshooting

The player doesn't start, or the page shows a black area. Please check your browser against the table above and update it or switch to a supported one. Older browsers open the page but can't run the player.

The video stutters or keeps buffering. VR scenes need a fast, stable connection. Please check the connection requirements above and close other apps or tabs that use the internet.

BDViewer says it can't find my account. Please check that you typed the exact email address you used to join Vixen Plus VR. If you changed your email in your Vixen Plus account, use the new one. The app doesn't need your members area password.

Anything else inside the BDViewer app, or about your headset (installation, playback in the app, Mixed Reality on the device).
