If you have been experiencing failure of captchas to load on sign in such as I am not a robot or image verification please check the following things:
- Could a browser plugin be interfering with your connection? Try disabling adblockers o automatic tracker protection.
- Could your browser be interfering with the page load? Some privacy browsers block a lot of resources that might be needed to log in into our websites. We found that our content works best on Google Chrome.
- Could a VPN be interfering with your connection? Constant changes of IP might be confusing the system. Try disabling your VPN.
