Can I download videos?

Yes. As a full member you can stream all videos and picture sets, and download our Brand's videos in qualities from 4K to mobile, for as long as your membership is active. Not every video is available in 4K.

Download limits

• You can download up to 25 videos in any rolling 7-day period, per site.
• Each download counts for 7 days, then frees up. There's no fixed weekly reset.
• With a multi-site membership or Vixen Plus, the limit applies to each site separately.
• Re-downloading a video you already downloaded in the last 7 days does count again.
• Picture sets don't count toward the limit.
• Streaming is unlimited.

Example: if you download 10 videos on Monday and 15 on Wednesday, you'll have 0 left until the following Monday, when the 10 from Monday free up. The 15 from Wednesday free up the following Wednesday.

When downloads aren't available

• Trial memberships don't include downloads.
• Some payment methods give streaming-only access. 
• Videos from third-party Channels can't be downloaded.
